Engineered wood flooring has a strong structure, is resistant to moisture and wear, is expertly crafted, and is constructed with high-quality materials. It works well and is relatively simple to set up. It is also of excellent quality. However, it can significantly assist you in saving money.
This piece is also part of our Fumed oak collection, which darkens the wood and emphasizes the grain pattern through a fuming process. This process is used due to the high tannin content of unfinished raw oak. Other wood species can also undergo this process, but they darken less. Smoking oak, unlike staining, is permanent and does not obscure the grain; the fumed oak collection has a more natural while retro style that truly illuminates your interior spaces.

1. THE SILK MATT UV FINISH
Surface treatments are widely available and vary in price depending on the high-quality wood species and desired appearance. Meanwhile, the Silk Matt UV finish has a 5% ultra matt gloss that feels like a natural oiled finish while retaining the UV lacquer's wear resistance and anti-scratch properties.
2. REAL SOILD WOOD WEAR LAYER
Since natural flooring may be sanded and refinished if necessary in the future and have a stronger wear layer, they are considered to endure longer and be of higher quality. The majority of engineered wood floors can be recoated, regardless of the wear layer thickness, and if properly maintained and cared for, all engineered floors may last a very long period, making them an investment that pays off.
3. SUPPORTIVE CENTRAL CORE
The softwood, high density fiberboard, or plywood composite that makes up the engineered wood floor's core can make it more adaptable and produce a more stable floor, especially in areas where moisture levels are prone to varying. Additionally, there is a special tongue equipment installation system that enhances building stability while making it easier for clients to install.
